To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; with tags, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Sale items, all accessories, gift cards, and items categorized as Mas Cositas are FINAL sale and non-returnable.
All returns will need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not meet the return guidelines, items will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
To file a return, you may contact customer service at email@example.com. Please submit request within the 15 day return window and include your name, address, receipt/order number, reason, and a picture of the item. Once the request has been processed and approved you will receive an email with return instructions. All return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your item(s). Please contact us immediately if any item(s) is defective, damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), so we may evaluate the issues and correct them.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
